Key Responsibilities
- Schedule customer application appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators
- Prepare files for submission to the Operations department and manage management reports
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and assist with problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of administrative or mortgage experience
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required
