Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to lead its enterprise privacy program and manage privacy compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and manage complex privacy workflows
• Design and maintain privacy program policies, standards, and governance processes
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to operationalize privacy requirements and manage audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management
• IAPP certification (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM) and/or CRCM certification required
• Familiarity with privacy and GRC tools and data governance workflows
• Background in technology, product, or GRC operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or technical background is a plus
