Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reel Return Administrator to join their customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding the reel return program
  • Track and report all reel return metrics while following up with customers on discrepancies and educating them on procedures
  • Negotiate rates with logistics companies and assist with the creation of RA's and BOL's for vendors/customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on direction from supervisors
  • Proficiency in tracking metrics and reporting
  • Strong relationship-building skills with plant personnel and logistics companies
  • Familiarity with creating and processing shipping documents
