Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reel Return Administrator to join their customer service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding the reel return program
- Track and report all reel return metrics while following up with customers on discrepancies and educating them on procedures
- Negotiate rates with logistics companies and assist with the creation of RA's and BOL's for vendors/customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on direction from supervisors
- Proficiency in tracking metrics and reporting
- Strong relationship-building skills with plant personnel and logistics companies
- Familiarity with creating and processing shipping documents
