A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for SMB and mid-market hotel prospects across Latin America, focusing on Mexico
- Outbound prospect into mid-market accounts to build pipeline and brand awareness
- Manage inbound and SDR-sourced pipeline in the SMB segment and maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecast visibility
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in hotel technology, with a proven track record in SMB and/or mid-market segments
- Deep understanding of the Mexican hotel market, including buyer behaviors and competitive landscape
- Experience selling to hotel operations teams or related technology is a strong plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable conducting demos and presentations in both languages
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a motivation to build from the ground up
