Key Responsibilities
- Manage total client relationships for assigned accounts, ensuring quality service and operational performance
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify product support needs and communicate them internally
- Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate issues with substantial regulatory or financial impacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales support or relationship management
- Experience in financial services, particularly merchant services, is a plus
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word
