Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare inquiries
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers and resolving issues
• Maintain presence at the desk throughout the shift, except during scheduled breaks

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
• Background check clearance required
