Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within hospitality and tourism
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success and retention
- Build strong executive relationships and lead account-based marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or tourism
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies
- Experience managing a CMS and knowledge of website best practices
- Proven success in nurturing and expanding account portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred
