Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Vehicle Sales Support, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pre and post purchase inquiries via calls, emails, and texts
• Manage rental sales processes and coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management for inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service
• Fluency in French and Spanish is preferred
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Completion of three weeks of onsite training in Alpharetta, GA
