Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure the success of its mainframe customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment and collaborate with sales teams for growth
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business challenges and establish a transformational Business Roadmap
  • Identify risks to customer success and develop risk mitigation plans while maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Computer Systems or related technical field, or equivalent experience in programming software
  • 5+ years of experience with z/OS systems or major subsystems (e.g., STORAGE, IMS, CICS, DB2)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows/Unix/Linux operating system management and networking
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) products and proficiency in standard IBM utilities
  • Ability to understand and write REXX code; knowledge of Assembler is helpful but not essential
