Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage sales compensation plans and incentive pay programs
- Oversee governance and compliance of compensation programs
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in Sales Operations or related roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or B2C environment
- Experience managing compensation design for large sales teams (100+ reps; $500M+ ARR preferred)
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Anaplan
- 5+ years of experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to navigate and influence in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
