A company is looking for an Integrated Total Absence Management Coordinator - Client Dedicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for Leave of Absence team members, ensuring case resolution and policy adherence
- Oversee Paid Parental Leave administration and manage FMLA claims for workers' compensation cases
- Submit life insurance claims and audit related documentation while providing training for new HR team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in leave of absence administration in large organizations
- CLMS certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of FMLA and state disability laws
