Marketplace Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Marketplace app sales cycles
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and other sales-related systems
• Develop and maintain Marketplace dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or partner operations, business operations, or marketplace operations
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and CPQ platforms, sales analytics tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in or supporting a digital marketplace (B2B, B2C, or SaaS) is a plus
• Understanding of digital commerce and marketplace monetization models
• Ability to lead or support projects involving system upgrades and data migration efforts
