Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business priorities and challenges within new accounts to uncover relevant business opportunities
- Research key accounts and stakeholders to spark interest and arrange discovery meetings for the account executive team
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of solutions, use cases, industry trends, and competition
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in lead generation and qualifying prospects
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling and prospecting with a track record of meeting quotas
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with software industry, particularly SaaS or cloud-native platforms
