Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of sales proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of an integrated pursuit team to meet schedules and deadlines
• Assess solicitation and resource requirements to determine proposal needs and schedules
• Maintain relationships with Sales and stakeholders to generate proposals and ensure quality control

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in BPO
• Experience collaborating with and leading remote teams
• Strong industry knowledge of the contact center world
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with Responsive bid management application is a plus but not required
