Job Summary
A company is looking for a FLEX Sales Coordinator to provide support on intermediary and entertainment sales accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute lead management of RFPs and support sales team with revenue-generating tasks
- Monitor lead mailbox and ensure timely processing of group opportunities
- Generate and organize sales reports for auditing and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Guest Services, or related areas, or a 2-year degree with 1 year of experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with SFAWeb CI/TY, CVENT, and other eRFP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work remotely or during West Coast hours
