Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to the new business sales team through management of inbound and outbound client inquiries
  • Manage top of funnel lead generation and maintain CRM data
  • Conduct follow-ups on sales campaigns and assist Business Development Managers with outbound lead generation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Development in a software-focused environment, preferably EdTech or K-12 Education
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
  • Experience in the Education sector within Canada and the United States
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on building rapport with educators
