Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on the product for both external and internal sales inquiries
• Support Account Executives in sales presentations by addressing technical questions and configuration issues
• Collaborate on and present product demonstrations to differentiate the company in the market

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales or solution engineering roles
• Strong understanding of API products and integrations
• Technical writing experience is preferred
• Familiarity with relevant technology stack, including Windows Server, IIS, Elasticsearch, and Redis
• Ability to conduct research and understand product capabilities
