Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to design, deliver, and optimize programs that enhance sales team readiness and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Enablement team and Sales, addressing the sales team's unique needs
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define and improve the sales enablement strategy
- Facilitate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales roles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or related GTM roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
- Experience in delivering live training programs and facilitating workshops for sales audiences
- Proven track record in designing and executing impactful sales enablement programs
- Deep understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle and its connection to revenue-driving activities
- Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and sales enablement platforms
