Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee support and service activities for designated clients
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and coordinate service incident resolutions
- Document activities in the CRM system and collaborate with the Sales Management team
Required Qualifications and Education
- +1 years relevant experience in B2B sales support, preferably in the medical device industry
- BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
- Self-starter with proven leadership qualities
- Motivated with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
