Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB customers, focusing on Advanced, Ultra, and Premium tiers
  • Engage and convert high-intent inbound leads through product fit calls and close deals on the spot
  • Cold call and re-engage free users, closed-lost prospects, and churned customers with targeted outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and understanding their workflows and pain points
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
