Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for SMB customers, focusing on Advanced, Ultra, and Premium tiers
- Engage and convert high-intent inbound leads through product fit calls and close deals on the spot
- Cold call and re-engage free users, closed-lost prospects, and churned customers with targeted outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role
- Comfortable speaking with customers and understanding their workflows and pain points
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
