Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 2+ years of technical or product support experience
- General knowledge of PC and laptop design, hardware functions, and network connectivity
- Experience with support processes, systems, and tools preferred
- Familiarity with OBS, streaming, and macOS is a plus
