Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Deal Desk Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and enforce company renewal booking policies
• Verify order and contract details for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of order information into Sales and Accounting systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a deal desk, order management, or billing role
• Understanding of deal support/commercial topics, basic accounting, and billing principles
• Familiarity with SaaS order methodology and software delivery
• Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ software
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to order and data management
