A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Deal Desk processes and oversee the Lead to Order process in the CRM
- Facilitate approval of complex deals and ensure high-quality use of CRM by all users
- Establish key metrics for quoting, order processing, and customer success, and support data hygiene efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of sales operations or revenue operations experience
- Experience with contracts, legal clauses, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order processes; knowledge of SFDC and NetSuite is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
