Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive strategic revenue optimization across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Assist in architecting and maintaining the revenue technology stack and evaluate revenue tools
- Build and maintain comprehensive revenue dashboards and conduct deep-dive analysis on customer lifecycle metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related analytical role
- Proven track record of building and optimizing revenue processes and systems
- Experience with database management and advanced data analysis
- EdTech or education industry experience strongly preferred
