Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Program Manager to drive operational efficiency within the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key sales initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning to execution
- Partner with leadership to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program/Project Management
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tech stack tools
- Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies like Agile or PMP certification (a plus)
- Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and make data-driven recommendations
