Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and key stakeholders
- Act as a technical resource to educate partners on retirement plan design and compliance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned territory
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in retirement plan sales, TPA services, or related financial services
- Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, and regulatory requirements
- Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers within the territory
- Comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning value beyond price
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
