Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities with large employers and maintain strong relationships with HR and Benefits leaders
- Cultivate partnerships with broker/consultant firms and position the company as an innovative solution
- Manage executive-level relationships within key accounts and develop account plans that align customer objectives with solutions
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or business development experience in the benefits space
- Proven success selling to large employers (50,000+ employees) with complex decision-making processes
- Strong existing relationships with broker/consultant firms
- Consultative, solution-selling background with the ability to navigate executive stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited for a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
