Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CRO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRO rhythm of business plan, manage meeting agendas, and ensure timely decision-making
- Lead the annual planning process for the CRO organization, aligning objectives and metrics
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and facilitate key sales programs to achieve strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise Sales/Revenue Operations or related leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence and lead change across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
- Strong sales strategy and planning skills with a track record of delivering results
- Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Board audiences
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
