A company is looking for an Americas Sales Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a geographically distributed team of SDRs across North America and Latin America
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine funnel strategies and regional prospecting approaches
- Build Salesforce reporting to track performance and communicate outcomes to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven success managing SDR teams in a remote, multicultural environment
- Expertise with prospecting tools such as 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesloft
- Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus
