Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with corporate goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Own and exceed regional revenue targets while managing sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven success in leading sales organizations in the LIMS, ELN, or life sciences technology sectors
- Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise sales cycles
- Background in scientific informatics, lab operations, or digital transformation initiatives
