Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to support onboarding and ongoing education programs for various sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute onboarding and ongoing education programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and maintain enablement content
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to align training efforts with revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Previous experience in sales or technical sales is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Lessonly, and Gong
