Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive scalability and effectiveness across their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and drive effective onboarding processes for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Lead ongoing situational learning programs and coaching to improve AE performance
- Design workflows and playbooks to enable the sales team and manage sales content and materials
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales and sales enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in developing and delivering sales training programs
- Proven ability to collaborate with product and marketing teams
- Experience in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
- Strong organizational skills and high standards for accountability and responsiveness
