Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive scalability and effectiveness across their sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and drive effective onboarding processes for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Lead ongoing situational learning programs and coaching to improve AE performance
  • Design workflows and playbooks to enable the sales team and manage sales content and materials
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales and sales enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product and marketing teams
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
  • Strong organizational skills and high standards for accountability and responsiveness
