Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enablement Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales performance and align with company objectives
  • Create and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for customer-facing teams to ensure product mastery and sales methodology fluency
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and lead initiatives to optimize training and resources across the sales organization


Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership roles in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience in building and scaling sales enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and the ability to implement them effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in training/enablement is highly valued
