Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Serve as a senior technical advisor in customer engagements, managing complex sales cycles and providing tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Intermediate understanding of Gen AI and experience with AWS
- Experience in Contact Center or CX is preferred
