Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
- Drive daily outbound activity to meet or exceed KPIs
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume environment
- Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses
- Proven success in a cold calling environment focused on activity and quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
