Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managing Director to lead their sales team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of 3-6 sellers to drive revenue through new business generation and account growth
- Develop strategic account plans and enable the team to effectively pitch and manage mobile advertising revenue
- Establish sales objectives, forecast quotas, and contribute to team culture and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of active sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong network of agency and client-direct contacts
- Expert-level understanding of the mobile ecosystem and location-based data
- Technical skills in Salesforce and other relevant software tools
