Sales Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Agent who will provide support to Cruise Consultants and ensure exceptional service for high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Cruise Consultants in their absence and provide detailed follow-up on activities
• Process quote requests and input transaction details into the reservation system, preparing leads for consultants to close sales
• Provide exceptional customer service, address client issues, and participate in additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2-year travel industry experience required, specifically in the cruise market
• Knowledgeable in Cruise Line booking tools
• Competent with Excel, Word, and Zoom; able to learn new technology quickly
• Friendly disposition with a willingness to exceed expectations
• Experience in a Cruise Line or Travel Agency is a plus; travel school or college degree preferred
