Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions and coach sales representatives on deal positioning and objection handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales processes and enablement delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC
- Experience with Salesforce and LMS tools
