A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to lead and optimize sales enablement programs in the networking technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions and coach sales representatives on deal positioning and objection handling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales processes and enablement delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC
  • Experience with Salesforce and LMS tools
