Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to the sales team and manage client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Solicit new clients and manage incoming loan submissions
  • Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations for timely loan processing
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred
  • Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
