Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, customer support, or customer success roles
- Strong product knowledge mindset with a passion for learning software and teaching others
- Comfortable running a structured sales process for small, high-volume deals
- Experience with CRMs and sales enablement tools
- Ability to follow structured playbooks and contribute to improving onboarding and conversion processes
