Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Backcountry Gearhead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with gear questions, placing orders, and account help through various communication channels
• Recommend add-on items and services to enhance customers' outdoor experiences
• Build product knowledge through training and represent the company's core values in customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six months of customer service/sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to type 30+ WPM
• Passion for outdoor activities and sharing experiences with customers
