Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 2-5 direct reports, including training and performance reviews
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring compliance with billing terms and maximizing profitability
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, managing escalations and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
- Previous management experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus
