Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead a team, manage client relationships, and oversee account finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 2-5 direct reports, including training and performance reviews
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring compliance with billing terms and maximizing profitability
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships, managing escalations and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
• Previous management experience
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
• Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus
