Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations for its regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Manage and track fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation schedules and compliance with accounting policies
• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
• CPA or MBA a plus but not required
• Minimum five years of accounting experience, with at least two years in a large healthcare organization preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and healthcare industry financial practices
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and proficiency in Excel
