Key Responsibilities
- Identify, segment, and qualify leads across SMB, ISV, and MSP channels
- Design, automate, and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences using tools like Apollo and HubSpot
- Mentor SDRs and AEs on messaging, cadences, and automation best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development with consistent overachievement
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and other sales engagement tools
- Proficiency in automating outreach sequences and optimizing based on performance data
- Demonstrated ability to coach and enable other sales professionals
- Familiarity with AI applications in sales is highly desirable
