A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR-SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, segment, and qualify leads across SMB, ISV, and MSP channels
  • Design, automate, and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences using tools like Apollo and HubSpot
  • Mentor SDRs and AEs on messaging, cadences, and automation best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development with consistent overachievement
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and other sales engagement tools
  • Proficiency in automating outreach sequences and optimizing based on performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and enable other sales professionals
  • Familiarity with AI applications in sales is highly desirable
