Key Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients and drive continued value of products and services
  • Manage the annual renewal process and identify upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success
  • Domain knowledge in cybersecurity services, including frameworks and testing practices
  • Experience partnering with security-focused personas such as CISOs and Security Engineers
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Prior experience managing renewals and expansions with Enterprise-level clients
