Key Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients and drive continued value of products and services
- Manage the annual renewal process and identify upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success
- Domain knowledge in cybersecurity services, including frameworks and testing practices
- Experience partnering with security-focused personas such as CISOs and Security Engineers
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Prior experience managing renewals and expansions with Enterprise-level clients
