Senior Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Coordinator who will support individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment process for telemedicine-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use through medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes to collect health information, establish treatment goals, and determine eligibility for services
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure a seamless transition into treatment and maintain patient progress in the enrollment pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced clinic, hospital, or community health center
• 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency preferred
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a strong plus
