A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Custom Sales and Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of sales consultants and account managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily call center operations to provide personalized support for custom pet food solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives and customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in managing high-performing sales and account management teams
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and metrics
- Experience using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
