Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Productivity (Remote Eligible).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists to drive organizational change
- Own the technology stack roadmap for the go-to-market organization, including CRM and analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement, with at least 3 years in people management
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and technology implementations in high-growth SaaS environments
- Expertise in building and scaling sales productivity functions, including team development and budget management
- Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology ecosystems such as Salesforce and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
