Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Sales to lead and grow a team of Strategic Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Strategic AEs focused on new business and expansion within large dental practices
- Drive performance management and coaching to ensure the team meets sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine the enterprise sales process and identify process gaps
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing B2B sales teams
- Demonstrated success managing a mid-market or enterprise sales team with quota-carrying representatives
- Experience selling into multi-location businesses or complex buying groups
- Strong CRM and sales operations skills; highly organized and data-driven
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and drive results through others
