Senior Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Recovery Agent to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payment resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve account balances
• Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and document accounts
• Engage in ongoing education with customers regarding payment terms and alternative methods

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Sheets and Office products
